Day 1: Transfer to Rwanda
This will depend on your arrival details. If you fly in from Kigali our driver guide will pick you from Kigali International air port and transfer you to your Hotel. If time permits, you will have a city tour and visit different places in Kigali. You will have lunch and then return to the hotel for dinner and overnight.
Or
If you are in Uganda you will be transferred from Kampala to Rwanda. From Kampala you will drive southwards to reach Rwanda for an overnight at Gorilla Nest Lodge/Kinigi Guest House.
Day 2: Transfer to Volcanoes National Park
After breakfast Proceed north to the foothills of the volcanoes that make up Volcanoes National Park. The guide will brief you and you will set off to the forest for these apes. The time you will take tracking these giant apes is unpredictable. However, it ranges between 2-8 hours depending on their movement. Overnight: Gorillas Nest Lodge FB
Day 3: More Rwanda Gorilla Safari
You will have a second day Gorilla trek. Then return for lunch at the lodge before proceeding back Kigali. Overnight at Intercontinental Kigali FB
Day 4: Departure
After breakfast, transfer to the airport for a flight back home.
