4 Day Queen Elizabeth National Park Tour and Lake Bunyonyi

This is a 4 days wildlife safari to Queen Elizabeth national park tour and Lake Bunyonyi offering


Day 1: Kampala - Queen Elizabeth National Park

After breakfast, we will set off on the southern bound road, driving through delightful tea plantations and the beautiful rolling hills. Queen Elizabeth national park is host to a large variety and volume of wildlife. It boasts one of the highest bio diversity ratings of any game park in the world, from the open Savannah to Rain forest, dense swamps and beautiful crater lakes to the vastness of Lake Edward. Arrive in Queen Elizabeth Late in the Afternoon. Dinner and overnight at Mweya safari lodge/Katara Lodge/Simba safari Camp.

Day 2: Queen Elizabeth National Park Wildlife tour

After a cup of Coffee, you will go for a morning wildlife tour. Expect to see lions, elephants, and other various small animals and birds. Return to the lodge for breakfast. After lunch you will go for a launch cruise along Kazinga channel. This is a good experience for bird watchers, and for observing crocodiles, hippos and elephants. Dine and rest at Mweya safari lodge/Katara Lodge/Simba safari Camp.

Day 3: Transfer to Lake Bunyonyi

After an early breakfast you will drive to the Northern part of Queen Elizabeth National park. This part of the park is traversed by the equator and comprises a scenic area of explosion craters, some containing salt lakes; some of the craters are dry. This unique concentration of unspoiled craters forms a unique scenic vantage point. We will then proceed at Lake Bunyonyi arriving in the evening, Dinner and overnight at Lake Bunyonyi Overland Resort/ Nature’s Prime Island FB.

Day 4:  Lake Bunyonyi – Kampala

Morning boat ride on Lake Bunyonyi to the Islands viewing different species of birds. Lunch and drive to Kampala with a stop over at the Equator for crafts.
